3.3. External Service for 3D Image Creation Using AI:

• Uploading images: When you use the feature to create 3D images using artificial intelligence, your image will be uploaded to an external service provider. This service stores the uploaded image as well as the generated 3D image.
• Registration with external service: To use this service, you must register with the respective company outside of the app, usually via a web browser on a secondary device, and agree to their privacy policy.
• Storage of API key and password: Your API key and password for the external service are stored locally on your mobile device. This data is not transmitted to us or shared.
• Data transmission: By using this external service, you have already agreed that your images may be transmitted to and processed by the service provider.

4. Use of Data

Since we do not collect personal data, no use or processing of such data takes place. The technical data stored locally on your device is used solely to ensure the functionality of the app. The processing of images by the external service is carried out in accordance with their privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties by us. The transmission of images to the external service for AI-based 3D image creation occurs based on your consent and registration with this service.

As a user of our app, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
